Configure projects for user's recent issues list
Our development team is not only responsible for our main project "Development" but also for some smaller projects.
This smaller projects should be addressed in the main projects Standup. Not in a separate standup.
It would be great if you can configure the addon in on of the following ways
- ability to configure if recent issues should contain just project specific or all recent issues of the logged in user.
- ability to configure if recent issues should contain just project specific or all recent issues of configured projects

Add the ability to link Issues from other JIRA projects
Currently the Scrum Standup plugin only allows the users to add "Linked Issues" from the project in which the report has been created. Those tickets are highlighted in the Done/To Do/Impediments, thou.
The improvement point is to have the ability to also be able to link issues from other projects by quoting the JIRA ticket number as the plugin currently does for the project in which the report is being created.
FMPOV, this can be chained with the following request: https://scrumstandup.uservoice.com/forums/186959-features-bugs/suggestions/6716534-populate-linked-issues-automatically

JIRA scrum standup plugin has buggy calendar behavior
We cannot select dates via calendar using the Select by date filed
Reproduction steps:
Click Scrum Standup in the banner, create a standup note in any project
Click the calendar object under Select by date and select any date on the calendar (past or present)
A translucent gray loading box appears over the UI with a loading gif in the center. This loading screen remains indefinitely.
We also can't select dates using the calendar via the Scrum Standups project link
Reproduction steps:
Open a project and select Scrum Standups from the Overview menu
Click the calendar object under and select…

Populate "Linked Issues" automatically
Copy-pasting the issue names from text fields to the "issue links" field takes time. Adding them automatically (via a button maybe) would be useful and efficient.

BUG - Confluence fails to start up
When the Scrum Standup plugin is installed in Confluence, it will cause a conflict with the Atlassian Rest Plugin. This causes Confluence to either fail to load, or Confluence to load but be nearly unusable.
Disabling the plugin via the Plugin State Map, and restarting Confluence allows Confluence to be started successfully.
The full workaround and report can be found on our knowledge base: https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=687211051

Ability to filter and view list of issues of others
As a Scrummaster, I see value in thsi plug-in if I can pull in assigned stories by developer and add notes for them and save. Also, link to GreenHopper project, not JIRA so listing is by stories and sub-tasks.

Special Weekly standup
Outside engineering, there are stakeholders that don't need the granularity of the daily standup and are asking for the equivalent of a weekly standup ... how can we use the system to allow that, while still using it for daily standups?

Create Scrum Standup for GreenHopper Scrum (not JIRA project)
We recently upgraded to JIRA 5.1.1 + Greenhopper 5.10 and installed Scrum Standup. The plugin looks great and we'd love to use it, but we want to standup for a scrum, not a project. Since Greenhopper lets you create scrums across multiple projects ([as of 5.10|http://www.atlassian.com/en/software/greenhopper/whats-new/greenhopper-510]), we'd love to be able to pick a scrum for a standup (instead of a single project), allowing links to any tickets defined within the scrum.

Only users in specific group should be able to create standup
It might be useful for public JIRAs so only users actually working in the company can create standup notes.
